Born in Surrey, England just south of London, David emigrated to The United States in 1979. He has lived in New Jersey just outside New York City and on the West Coast, San Diego, Los Angeles and Eugene, Oregon. He has now moved back to the East Coast and lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife Kathy.
David has been a songwriter for many years. Prodigal Child is his debut novel. It is no surprise that the story is about a songwriter and his song lyrics have become part of the book.
